Established in 2021, Pollux benefits from the extensive maritime expertise of Captain Krok, who boasts over 40 years of sea-going experience. With 26 years served as Master of various types of passenger vessels on the West Coast of Canada, Captain Krok brings a wealth of practical knowledge to the company. A graduate of the Merchant Navy Academy in Poland, he holds degrees in Engineer of Sea Transportation and Nautical Studies.

 

Presently, Captain Krok serves as the Chief Instructor for Electronic Simulated Navigation at the Western Maritime Institute, utilizing cutting-edge Wartsila Class B type simulators. Additionally, he conducts ISM, ISPS, and MLC internal audits both ashore and aboard vessels.
